The Tavern is great with friendly staff and locals and excellent pub meals.
A gold mine which supplied the town with miners and their accommodation closed on 16/04/25
A viewing lookout to see the now abandoned mine is still accessible.
There's a lot to see around here.
A little further north there are several significant granite rock outcrops that are great to explore.
