I created a new account, but cannot log in 

After creating a new account, you'll receive an activation email as a security measure.

If you don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If it's still missing, let us know at hello@countrypubcamping.com.au, and we can resend the activation email.

Also, please ensure you're logging in with the same email address you used to sign up, as we've noticed some members accidentally mix up their email addresses.

 

I have logged in, but can't search for pubs

You will need to purchase a subscription to search through the pubs.  We offer either a $10 12-month subscription, or a $50 10-year subscription.  Both come with a free seven (7) day trial. 

 

I purchased a subscription, but I have not been charged for it

As our subscriptions commence with a seven (7) day free trial, your preferred method of payment will only be credited when the trial period has ended.

You will receive an email a few days prior to the end of the trial period to remind you that "your subscription will be renewed".  If you do not cancel, the funds will be debited from your nominated payment method on the date advised (ie, the end of your trial period).

Upon completion of payment at the end of the trial period, and the commencement of your subscription, you will receive a new email to confirm the charge has been made and to confirm your subscription.

 

I was a member of your old website - do I still need to sign-up and purchase a subscription?

Yes, the old website was discontinued because the search function was no longer reliable. Since this is an entirely new site, and to protect the privacy of our users, we couldn't transfer emails or passwords.

A small annual subscription fee is now required to cover operating costs, as the site can no longer be privately funded.

 

Do you have an App?

At this stage, we do not have an App, however, our website is fully compatible on all portable devices, laptops and desktop computers.

For computers you could create a bookmark, and for portable devices, you could create a shortcut to your home screen. If you're unsure how to create a bookmark or shortcut, you may find this link helpful.

 

My pub appears on your website. How do I update the details / provide new images?

Please email hello@countrypubcamping.com.au with the information / images you would like updated.

 

I have a new email address, how do I update it?

Please email hello@countrypubcamping.com.au with your old and new email, and you will receive confirmation of the change.

Please remember to login using your new email address.
