Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email your return request to hello@countrypubcamping.com.au. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return, and shall refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

To allow for other banking institutions to clear the transaction, please allow up to five days for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return/refund, please contact us at hello@countrypubcamping.com.au.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, nor gift cards.

Custom-made items such as wheel covers etc will not be refunded unless defective. An incorrect measurement by the purchaser is not eligible for a refund.

Please note that an item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Furthermore, if the returned item(s) have been worn or are damaged, a refund will be declined.

Exchanges

We are not equipped to make exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s), and make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email at hello@countrypubcamping.com.au if you have:

Received the wrong item(s)
Item(s) are defective, or damaged.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions are offered on the basis of a seven-day free trial. After this time, the subscription is confirmed for a 12-month period.

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time, noting you will still be able to benefit from the service until the 12-month period has expired.

By cancelling your subscription, automatic renewal of the service will not be possible.
