Blackberry Inn
A friendly little clubhouse which is located at the Forest Sports Centre.
It is available for camping for overnight or longer stays at a low cost.
A new amenities block includes wheelchair accessible toilets, baby change table (no showers)
Water tap onsite but not for hooking up.
The nearest dump point is at Smithton 10 km away
Plenty of room for all sized rigs
It's a great base to explore Smithton, Stanley, Seven Mile Beach and many other areas.
About the club:
New members are always more than welcome and it only cost a small fee per person once a year.
There is a limited but inexpensive & very tasty menu on offer
The Blackberry also holds functions which are open to the public, e.g Cocktail Nights, 8 Ball Competitions, etc.
Opening hours on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday nights
all depend on numbers, so the more customers, the longer it stays open.
It also has a brand new playground for the kids to play in while they visit The Blackberry.
Murals which were painted by local students adorn the fences.
A tennis court is available for the energetic.
