The Larrimah Pink Panther Hotel
Located 90km North of Daly Waters and South of Mataranka on the Stuart Hwy .
A quaint little outback roadhouse pub on the Stuart Highway, it features a large model of the Pink Panther and replica of a giant size Darwin Stubby outside.
They do things big up here.
If you are in doubt, about 10km away is one of the largest dirt airstrips in the country, dating from WWII, the Gorrie Airstrip. It's worth a visit to see this piece of Australian history.
The meals are big too, and the homemade pies are a must-try.
Visit the free zoo and make the acquaintance of Sneaky Sam the crocodile, many beautiful birds and even snakes.
The caravan park is owned by the pub, and all facilities are there.
There is a cost for camping
A pool is available for a refreshing dip along with a spa.

There is some identity confusion here as the hotel is referred to as
"The Wayside Inn", " The Pink Panther Hotel" and the "Larrimah Roadhouse".
Whatever you want to call it, just be sure to stop over a while.
