At the “Oy”, as it is fondly known, you will experience true country hospitality.
With delicious bar and dining meals on offer daily, all you need is to choose from the wealth of cold beers, wine or spirits and head for the tranquility of the beer garden or enjoy the open and relaxed feeling of the bar or dining room.
The main event for the year is the well-known “OY” X-mas Party held in mid-December. It is an outdoors event with a band, for the 18 & over age group.
Built in 1926, it was called the Kia Ora Hostel, but with demand for a hotel in 1961, a Liquor License was granted and it then was re-named the Oasis Hotel.
In 1999 Judy & Russell Gray, who are also local farmers, bought the hotel and completely renovated.
Wildflower hunters can also enjoy the display of historical machinery and memorabilia assembled by local community members including information about the famous Rabbit Proof Fence
2 1/2 hours from Perth and 66kms East of Narrogin, it is a convenient place to stop on the way to & from Esperance.
