Stanage Bay
The first thing you should know is Stanage Bay is at the end of 80km of dirt road which can be in poor condition or closed after rain.
Stanage is a small township located approximately 75 kilometers North east of Rockhampton.
Head north from Rockhampton along the Bruce highway approximately 75kms 150 metres past now closed service station, turn right onto Stanage Bay Road.
This road is now 100 kilometers to the Stanage township.
It is accessible by 2WD vehicles
