The Cobargo Hotel
An ideally placed stopover for travelers.
Cobargo is located just off the beautiful far south coast between Narooma and Bega.
There are very good meals served and the drinks are chilled.
A cosy fire inside for those wintery days Camping is a great little spot on the grass for about six rigs.
Hotel patrons can camp for free, or low cost per person for shower and toilet access.
The campsite also has a laundry (small cost to use) with driers, and a dump point.
It has motel rooms too, with a pool and is close to main street for shopping.
Cobargo Folk Festival is held annually in February or March and sites may be limited at that time.
This is a big and exciting music festival with well known performers so why not schedule a visit for then?
Cobargo suffered greatly in the bushfires of 2020, but recovered with their great community spirit!
It's a scenic little town in a lovely area.
Well worth a trip.
