A little Information on the Town:
As the years passed Tarcowie has had an Hotel, Post Office, two general stores, butcher, boot maker, saddler, two blacksmiths, wheelwright and a garage.
The hotel was the last to close, but mail was still delivered to the hall three times a week.

The trees, shrubs and plants are identified by a number, which can be checked against a brochure available at the main gate.

Obtaining a piece of family history at Tarcowie was a dream for Mark Jefferson and his partner Angela Avina,
The newspapers on the Floor (See Photo) were underneath the lino and date back to 1950 & 1970.
The Ceiling Drink Coaster Display was done by previous owner, but had a big hole in it from water damage, had fun repairing it.
There are two the same, so that's something to try and find when you are there.
