Their restaurant offers good country meals week days and nights and a selection of Chinese meals on Sundays.
As well as the usual hotel bar services, the Barcoo has a small caravan park at the rear, along with tidy accommodation on the second floor.
The Barcoo Hotel is a restrained pet-friendly establishment.
Powered site with water is $30 at time of writing, with big discounts for a week or more. May not be suitable for gig rigs. Showers are available up a flight of stairs.
Good pub food, friendly locals and an interesting town.
Don't miss seeing the community restored Woolscour Plant. One of the better attractions anywhere.
