EARLY ARRIVAL

For those who would like to arrive early, a $10.00 per day per van (not per person) will apply from Monday, 15 March 2027 through to Sunday, 21 March 2027.

Should you choose to stay Easter Monday and vacate campground Tuesday, 29 March 2027 a fee of $10 per night applies.

CAMPING & FACILITIES

Customised packages available.

Bush camping – collect own firewood on property.

No power or showers – potable water and taps available.

Flushing toilets and dump points available.

Disabled toilet situated in main stage area.

Generators may be used between 7:30am – 9:00pm.

Dogs welcome and MUST be kept on leash at all times and not taken into food serving areas.

Don't forget folding chairs and torches!

Food stall operating over main weekend.

Breakfast available at campfire stage Easter Saturday and Sunday.

Swap and Go Gas available on site.

Hartwood is located approx. 160km south west of Tamworth NSW. Turn in 20km south of Tambar Springs on the Coolah Road, or 40km north of Coolah – follow the signs.
