The RSL club is a great place for a few quiet drinks or a great bite to eat.
*The bistro is closed over the winter months* 

ONSITE CAMPING:

A beautiful spot to camp.
Close to town with just a short flat walk.
Scenically located right next to a running freshwater stream.
You may be lucky enough to spot the platypus in the river

Low nightly fees with a stay three nights get the fourth for free option.
A spacious grassy area with trees and shade to park upon.

Check in with bar staff after 2:30 pm to pay your low-cost fees

Camping is for self-contained vehicles only.
Water taps - not to connect to your RV
No showers

Camp fires permitted with firepits on site.
Wood available to purchase
Limit of 2 weeks stay

Dump Point: 25 Arve Road – 1km away

Unpowered sites are offered but if you have a medical reason for power, please discuss with the staff. These are not guaranteed. 

A good café across the road for breakfast or lunch, and mobile tower next door so you get strong reception.
Great central location to base yourself for a week and view everything the Huon Valley has to offer.

The team that run this site work tirelessly to improve it, please help support.
It's a great spot to make friends and relax a while

We spent 5 days. A lovely spot at a very reasonable price.
Staff at the club extremely helpful.
Spotted platypus on a couple of occasions.
Highly recommended.
Check if open during winter.
